Bitcom Informatics retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in materials—including code, designs, software, and documentation—we develop. Clients receive a nonexclusive license to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes once full payment has been made.
7. Client‑Provided Materials & Third‑Party Content
Clients must ensure that any materials they provide (e.g. text, images, logos) do not infringe third‑party rights. Bitcom Informatics is not liable for any third‑party claims arising from such materials.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

9. Warranty & Disclaimers
While we strive to deliver high-quality, error-free services, we make no guarantees that they will be uninterrupted or flawless. Our services are provided “as-is,” and your exclusive remedy for any issues is remedial services or corrections—not damages or refunds.
